How to return or exchange products?
If the goods you received do not meet your expectations, you have 14 days (beginning the day you have received the package) to return or replace the purchased products. The products cannot be used. If you want to return or exchange the goods, please inform us first by writing to dreadlockbox@gmail.com or using contact form. Remember that dreadlocks and wigs in my shop (except ready-to-ship products) are made to order. This means that only after the payment is credited, I start making your dreadlocks, according to the parameters that were specified when placing the order. Dreadlocks made to order (all dreadlocks in the store's offer, except ready-to-ship dreadlocks) are not returnable. Please consider your purchases :)
