1. Customer - a natural person or legal person, which places an Order in the Store;

  2. Terms and Conditions - general terms of sale and the rules for the provision of electronic services as part of the Dreadlockbox.com online tore;

  3. Online Store (Store) - an internet service available at www.dreadlockbox.com, through which the Customer may place Orders;

  4. Goods - products presented in the Online Store;

  5. Sales contract - a contract for the sale of Goods, concluded between www.dreadlockbox.com and the Customer using the Store's website;

  6. Order - Customer's declaration of will to purchase Goods in the Store.

  7. Custom made product- a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, the order of which takes place by completing the form on the website www.dreadlockbox.com or is submitted by sending a message to the e-mail address info@dreadlockbox.com.


  1. These regulations define the rules for making purchases in the Online Store run by the Seller: Jacek Dowlaszewicz Synthetic Hairstyle, Blokowa 1/2, 47-100 Strzelce Opolskie (NIP: PL7561948734, REGON: 365328350) at www.dreadlockbox.com.

  3. The condition for placing an order in the Online Store by the Customer is to read these Regulations and accept its provisions when placing an Order.

  4. The dreadlockbox.com Online Store sells retail hand-made synthetic hair and accessories.

  5. All Goods offered in the dreadlockbox.com Store are brand new, originally packed, free from physical and legal defects.

  6. As part of the technical requirements necessary to cooperate with the ICT system used by the Seller, in order to make purchases, the Customer should have an active e-mail account.


  1. All prices listed on the website www.dreadlockbox.com are gross. The seller is exempt from VAT. The prices given do not include shipping costs.

  2. Orders are accepted via the website.

  3. Orders placed via the website can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.

  4. The order is effective if the Customer correctly fills in the order form and correctly provides contact details, including the exact address to which the Goods are to be sent, as well as the telephone number and e-mail address.

  5. If the provided data is not complete, the Seller will contact the Customer. If it is not possible to contact the Customer, the Seller has the right to cancel the Order.

  6. When placing the Order, the Customer may consent to the placement of personal data in the database of the Seller's Online Store for the purpose of processing them in connection with the execution of the Order. In the event of consent, the Customer has the right to inspect his data, correct it and request its removal.

  7. After the Customer places an effective order, he will receive an automatic response from the store confirming the receipt of the order.

  8. The order processing time vary from 1 to 3 weeks and starts with the receipt of payment by the Seller.


  1. The Goods are sent to the address indicated in the order form. The Store will inform the Customer immediately about an incorrectly completed order form, which prevents or may delay the shipment.

  2. The goods are delivered by FedEx, DPD courier or Post.

  3. The customer is charged for delivery (shipping) specified in the delivery costs.

  4. Payment for the ordered goods can be made by bank transfer to the store's bank account, via Stripe or PayPal online payment (instant transfer).

  5. The order fulfillment time for card payments is counted from the moment of obtaining a positive authorization.

  1. Customer has the right to cancel the Order or return the Goods within 14 days. The deadline counts from the date of delivery of the goods. To make a return, please contact us first at info@dreadlockbox.com.

  2. The Customer should send the goods to the Seller address within 14 days from the cancelation day. The Goods should be returned intact. The Goods may not bear any traces of use and differ from the condition at the time of its receipt.

  3. If the above-mentioned conditions are not met, the Goods cannot be returned.

  4. The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the purchased goods.

  5. The Seller has the right to withhold the reimbursement of payments received from the Customer until the Goods are returned.

  6. If there is a need to return funds for a transaction made via a payment card, the Seller will refund to the bank account assigned to the payment card.

  7. Custom made products are not refundable and exchangeable.


  1. The complaint should include: Customer's name and surname, address of residence, attached proof of purchase of the product, precise marking of the goods under complaint, indication of the defect and the date of its occurrence and solution request (withdrawal from the contract, price reduction, product replacement or defect removal). Such a notification should be sent to the e-mail address: info@dreadlockbox.com.

  2. The Seller has 14 days to respond to the Customer's requests.

  3. The Customer loses the right to file a complaint if he does not notify the Store within two months of finding the non-compliance of the Goods.


  1. The administrator of the personal data provided by the Customer when using the Store is the Seller. Detailed information on the processing of personal data by the Seller - including other purposes and grounds for data processing, as well as data recipients - can be found in the Privacy Policy available in the Store - due to the principle of transparency, contained in the general regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU ) on data protection - "GDPR".

  2. The purpose of processing the Customer's data by the Seller, provided by the Customer in connection with purchases in the Store, is the implementation of orders. The basis for the processing of personal data in this case is: a sales contract or actions taken at the request of the Customer, aimed at its conclusion (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), the Seller's legal obligation related to accounting (Article 6 (1) point c) and the legitimate interest of the Seller, consisting in the processing of data in order to establish, investigate or defend any claims (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
